We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to grow and manage our TikTok Shop operations.

Job Responsibilities- Onboard and manage TikTok Shop sellers, brands, and partners
- Develop strategies to increase sales, GMV, and shop performance
- Coordinate with creators/affiliates for product promotions and livestream selling
- Analyze shop performance and prepare reports
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- With experience in e-commerce, business development, or TikTok Shop (preferred)
