Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process standardization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage process standardization projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects and initiatives.
Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
College degree, preferably with a major or minor in Engineering.
