Business finance manager

*Please note this role would be for Softsens Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Own and manage the books of accounts, ensuring accurate monthly closing and preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

Statutory Compliance

Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory filings and audits. Manage and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and ROC regulations.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Monitor financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

Manage cash flows, working capital cycles, and payment planning to ensure financial efficiency Track receivables, payables, and optimize liquidity.
