Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Own and manage the books of accounts, ensuring accurate monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory filings and audits.
- Manage and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and ROC regulations.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and highlight risks and opportunities
Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
