What you'll actually do as a Business Growth Fellow:
→ Talk directly to real restaurant owners with real P&L problems
→ Learn how online aggregator algorithms actually work (and how to beat them)
→ Understand unit economics, customer acquisition, and menu engineering
→ Build sales and negotiation skills that no classroom teaches
→ Track your own numbers — and watch your income grow with them
