This position is accountable for shaping and advancing the Centre’s research agenda and academic excellence in the areas of leadership, organizational effectiveness, strategic management, and transformational change.
The role involves spearheading innovative research initiatives, generating impactful knowledge through scholarly publications and thought leadership, and guiding researchers and academic contributors. The incumbent will cultivate strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and policy stakeholders to ensure research outcomes address real-world challenges.
A core responsibility is to convert research findings into practical models, frameworks, and policy recommendations that strengthen the Centre’s reputation and influence as a leading authority in leadership and management development at both national and international levels.
