Roles & Responsibility:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the business unit's strategy, aligning sales, production, and NPD goals with organizational objectives.
- Sales Management: Drive sales growth, build client relationships, and oversee sales team performance to meet revenue targets.
- Production Oversight: Ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and achieve KPIs.
- New Product Development (NPD): Lead innovation, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products.
