Business Head –Unsecured Loans
Reporting to- CBO
Geography- PAN India
Location- Delhi NCR
- Looking for senior professionals (- years of experience) with substantial experience and proven track record in scaling up unsecured (PL & BL) business.
- As BH, the responsibility will be to scale up the current book size and expand the business in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
-Should be managing a large team.
- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up systems & processes for sales targets & delivery, recruitment & retention, manpower allocation as per relevant norms, training & development of team, capability building of field force.
- Proper compliance & adherence to policy.
- Maintaining turnaround time (TAT).
- Create a working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.
