As a Business Implementation – KYC, Agreement and Fee Set-up Officer you will:
- You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding, including AML/KYC analysis, screenings, and documentation review.
- You'll manage and complete internal databases while tracking and performing all Luxembourg regulatory filings during the onboarding phase.
- You'll prepare, organize, and facilitate the execution of service agreements, addendums, and other onboarding documents.
- You'll support the team with project work, research, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- You'll liaise closely with your line manager and operational teams to ensure accurate handover and continuity of client service.
