Job Description
**Job Summary**
The Plant Business Manager will work with business leaders, plant managers, asset managers, internal customers, vendors and other subject matter experts to provide support and direction to optimize the company’s business objectives. This position is responsible for the preparation, analysis, consolidation, and presentation of all types of statistical data, information, trends and patterns for financial data.
**Essential Duties/ Responsibilities**
+ Maintains Facility accounting records in a manner consistent with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and in support of NRG policies and procedures.
+ Manage and direct the monthly accounting close process, variance analysis, reforecasting, budgeting, payroll allocation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and the year-end audit process for the plant.
