About The Role
We're looking for a driven and experienced Business Manager to lead our DSA (Direct Sourcing Agent) vertical in the UAE. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of B2B sales, auto finance, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the DSA P&L — drive volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets across the dealer sourcing channel
- Build and manage relationships with banking partners and dealers across the UAE
- Lead a team of 10–15 dealer relationship associates, including hiring, performance management, and incentive planning
- Oversee end-to-end operations across the valuation and loan processing pipeline, ensuring quality and turnaround time benchmarks are met
