Job Summary
Reporting into the Global Banking COO team, this role supports the Capital Markets business in the development and execution of business strategy, organisational realignment, accountability frameworks, and day‑to‑day business‑as‑usual processes. The role also helps identify and capture growth opportunities aligned with the strategic priorities of Global Banking and, more broadly, Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Capital Markets business management cadence (weekly/monthly), including performance reporting, pipeline and deal activity tracking, and senior management updates.
- Drive governance and controls for Capital Markets activity, including coordination of key forums/committees, control and risk reporting, audit action tracking, and timely escalation of issues in line with the Operational Risk Framework.
