Job Summary
Reporting into the Global Banking COO team, this role supports the Capital Markets business in the development and execution of business strategy, organisational realignment, accountability frameworks, and business‑as‑usual processes. The role also helps identify and capture growth opportunities aligned with the strategic priorities of Global Banking and, more broadly, Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring day‑to‑day business‑as‑usual (BAU) delivery for the Debt Capital Markets franchise, supporting disciplined execution, robust governance, and effective coordination across Front Office, COO functions, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Finance.
