Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a Product & Business Development Manager to lead strategy, market development, and clinical adoption across Urology and Hysteroscopic Solutions (HYS) portfolios. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong medical device experience and a passion for innovation in urology and women’s health . Responsibilities Product Management & Lifecycle : Oversee full product lifecycle, positioning, segmentation, and pricing strategies. Market Development : Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop business cases for new products. Marketing Strategy : Design and execute campaigns, promotions, and clinical events to drive awareness and adoption. Sales Enablement : Partner with sales teams, providing product training, clinical insights, and support tools.
