+ Supports execution of go-to-market approaches for a designated portfolio encompassing products, solutions, and services, aligning with the overarching business strategy and marketing objectives, while collaborating with Business and Sales Leaders to ensure strategic coherence and effective implementation in Growth region.
+ Coordinates New Product Introductions (NPIs), ensuring alignment of marketing strategies and operational execution to optimize market penetration, customer adoption, and overall market leadership.
+ Facilitates the collection of robust proof-points aligned with the consumer/customer centric strategies, supporting in identifying strategic opportunities driven by End-of-Life product strategies, thereby enhancing market positioning and competitive advantage.
+ Acts as an interface to global business unit teams, developing and delivering the business plan for the sub-category in the region based on agreed strategic plan of record & annual operating plan.
