Business operations analyst

Responsibilities: Calculate and process offer restructures, settlement requests and rebates Efficiently resolve customer offer queries Monitor and ensure system hygiene Investigate system issues and track until resolution Support Partner Qlikview reporting Liaise closely with Partner Operations teams Work closely with test team to test and approve new functionality before production

Requirements: IT Diploma preferable or qualification in Operations or Technology 3+ years in Business Operations Data Analytics using Power BI or MSExcel Foundation technical skills (Ability to understand a system and database) Ability to manage high‑paced and agile environment Good communication skills written and verbal Ability to develop good working relationships with various stakeholders Excellent multitasking skills are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
