Business Operations Analyst
Role and Responsibilities- Oversee payment operations, daily bank reconciliations ensuring transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalation potential red flags, including adverse media, PEP status or unusual activity patterns.
- Take ownership of payment function transfers, ensuring seamless handovers and continuity in operations.
- Accurately update new client information in relevant systems (back office, online trading platforms).
- Coordinate remediation and resolution steps with the business for issues and incidents impacting the trading platform(s), inclusive of platform outages and associated impact on client orders and trades.
