Key Responsibilities
Client project coordination
- Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system. Escalate unclear orders to relevant stakeholders
- Support the delivery management team with general day‑to‑day operational tasks and address potential issues when they arise
- Clean up OneDrive Research Library folders and compare to Final Report library to Global Delivery tracker weekly
- Download GAN documents and save into tasking folder with every order
- Update client‑specific trackers and match to Global Delivery tracker daily
Financial support
- Provide internal and external reports on database usage
- Manage and execute subcontractor purchasing process, verifying data input to ensure accuracy of purchase orders and corresponding supplier invoices
