Job Overview
The Business Operations & Automation Lead supports the company’s day-to-day operational coordination and administrative functions while assisting management in improving workflow efficiency through digital tracking and structured processes. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily operational and accounting records in Excel and accounting systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support business operations by managing documentation, data tracking, and administrative processes.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up where required.
- Coordinate with the National Environment Agency (NEA) and training centres for compliance matters, licensing, and course arrangements.
