We are seeking an experienced Web3 Business Operations & Growth Team Leader to be based in Singapore and lead a dedicated operations team. You will be fully responsible for user growth, ecosystem operations, and commercialization of our Web3 wallet business, with a primary focus on driving the development of card spending and wealth management product lines. You will need to define clear business strategies, lead the team in execution, continuously optimize operational effectiveness through data‑driven approaches, and establish a leading position in the rapidly evolving Web3 payments and asset management landscape.
