Business Operations Manager – Regulatory Initiative (eBay)
The Role
The Regulatory Initiative delivers eBay’s response to new and changing global regulations that impact the business and our sellers. The BU team defines the end-to-end customer solution, coordinates with Product, Legal, GCX, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and regional teams, and ensures execution across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Initiative Delivery & Program Coordination
- Support operations across the Regulatory Initiative, maintaining program plans, RAID logs, and trackers.
- Coordinate BU weekly meetings (agenda, status updates, action tracking).
- Assist with BU Monthly Meeting preparation and follow‑ups.
- Prepare materials for senior‑leadership forums (MBR, regional updates, initiative reviews, ad hoc briefings).
- Surface and elevate risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure timely follow‑up from program leads.
