Business Partner (advisory) Team Lead
Lead a team of Business Partners (advisory) within the People Support Solutions (PSS) organization, overseeing 13 partners across multiple countries. Coordinate virtual engagements with leaders worldwide to provide on-demand, short-term support and value creation on People & Culture (P&C) topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all employment decisions for the team, including hiring, development, performance, and compensation.
- Establish and manage the team’s budget and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Build an engaging culture that aligns with Roche Leadership commitments.
- Ensure high customer and employee satisfaction by delivering urgent, high-quality end-to-end P&C solutions and completing cases and projects successfully.
