Job Description
As a/an BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST you are expected to render your services with the assigned department including but not limited to the
following:
Review Department's 1ISO/Operations Manual
Conduct research and best practices
Perform process mapping (SIPOC Diagram) Gather existing policies, SLAS and KPIs
Identify current vs desired state Assist in dashboard creation and/or enhancement
Liaise with process owners to monitor compliance to establish Safety, Quality, Time and Cost KPIs.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
