Job Description
The role focuses on process optimisation, business improvement initiatives, systems analysis and driving operational efficiencies across the business. Candidates will work closely with stakeholders to implement Lean methodologies, automation opportunities and large-scale change projects.
Required BSc Industrial Engineering degree, with Lean/Six Sigma certification, coupled with 68 years experience in business process engineering and continuous improvement.
Experience within insurance or financial services. Strong analytical skills, project exposure and proficiency in Visio, MiniTab and Microsoft Office are required.
