Your responsibilities Process Documentation and Governance Alignment: Support definition, maintenance, and enforcement of procurement-related process governance standards across all procurement departments worldwide. Ensure all procurement processes align with corporate BPM frameworks, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements. Integrate audit, risk, and internal control requirements (e.g., SoD, DoA, ISO/IATF) directly into process designs if required. Conduct in-depth process analyses, process mapping tools and create and maintain procurement process maps. Ensure standardization across BUs and hubs Maintain and govern the central process repository, ensuring consistency, version control, and stakeholder accessibility. Embed compliance and regulatory requirements in process flows. Ensure link to corporate BPM framework. Interface to BU Procurement (BM or PD).
