Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives to enhance planning & purchasing teams’ reports, metrics and review processes that will allow the planning and purchasing teams to be more effective and efficient.
Work collaboratively with Applications team to ensure the delivery of new tools / reports in a timely manner. Prioritize projects and resources and manage tight timelines.
Work collaboratively with the Core systems (SAP, Rapid Response, etc.) group to identify and define system enhancements to improve our planning and data flow processes.
Support global initiatives for inventory & cost optimization, planning & purchasing system and process enhancements, and data management.
Develop a team of Business Process Analysts by providing appropriate guidance and training.
Develop, enhance and deliver the training curriculum to ensure that planning & purchasing teams understand and can effectively use the reporting tools.
