Business Process & System Executive (Lark / Workflow Implementation)
This role will focus mainly on the implementation and adoption of Lark Suite / Feishu, including workflow design, approval flows, forms, dashboards, knowledge base structure, user permissions and internal training. He/She will also supports related system migration, integration and maintenance involving HR software, company email, databases and other operational tools.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, hands‑on and operationally minded, with the ability to understand business processes, identify inefficiencies and translate practical requirements into digital workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility and accountability.
