Position Overview
Vice President, Business Risk and Control Officer, Hybrid based in Singapore. This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Process Design and Re‑engineering and supports the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re‑engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is central. The role works in an agile environment partnering with project managers and specialists to support process change.
Responsibilities- Perform monthly quality inspections of Control Design Assessments (CDAs), Monitoring and Testing Design Assessments (MTDAs), and Operational Effectiveness Monitoring and Testing (OEMTs), guided by MCA procedures, control standards and relevant playbooks.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify root causes of issues, recommending holistic corrective actions and improvements.
