POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Services Manager is responsible for coordinating the workflow in the Business Office. This position coordinates or performs bookkeeping duties essential to the operation of the community (ILU, ALU, MC) and supports the Executive Director in analysis of related operating issues. The position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values and support the Organization’s strategic plan and the goals. The Business Services Manager reports directly to the CEO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintains the computerized record keeping systems to prepare the monthly billing for all resident related services and supplies in ILU, ALU, and MC.
