Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Business Solutions Analyst (Assistant Manager) is responsible for improving business performance by analyzing processes, defining requirements, and delivering practical technology-enabled solutions across multiple functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Leasing, Property/Facilities Operations, Sales). The role serves as a bridge between business teams, IT, and vendors, ensuring needs are translated into clear specifications and implemented effectively. The incumbent may also be required to design and develop business-facing deliverables such as dashboards, reports, forms, and lightweight workflow tools to support operational visibility, decision-making, and user adoption—while remaining system and application agnostic.
