Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements through RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and translate them into scalable business solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering process, technology, staffing, pricing, and transition strategies.
- Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial models.
- Collaborate with Operations, Recruitment, Training, Quality, Finance, HR, and IT teams to create impactful business solutions.
- Support Sales and Business Development teams in deal pursuits and client engagements.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Present solution recommendations and value propositions to stakeholders.
