Business & Strategy Development Lead
Primary purpose of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of new strategic initiatives and manage our existing specialty insurance portfolio. The role drives growth and financial performance of the bancassurance portfolio by crafting and sustaining scalable opportunities aligned with our diversification strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Performance Management: Manage ongoing distribution performance of embedded card coverage, monitor monthly financial results against key metrics (loss ratio, claims indemnity, COR), support pricing for annual reviews, negotiate growth opportunities, and guide new product launches.
- Business Development: Own cradle‑to‑grave opportunities within our bancassurance partnerships, identify new business potential, conduct market research, prepare benefits analyses, and collaborate on new P&C insurance solutions for banking products.
