Job Description
We are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Design and standardize end-to-end GTM processes (lead flow, opportunity management, renewals, expansion), including clear roles, handoffs, and SLAs.
- Define and maintain GTM policies and operating standards (pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, attribution).
- Build and own core GTM metrics and reporting to surface risks, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into CRM and tooling changes, partnering with technology teams on prioritization, delivery, and rollout.
- Identify execution gaps through data and stakeholder feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within software companies.
