Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
- Generate reports and maintenance of database
- Help to build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Singaporean ONLY
- At least 4 years Sales support experience, not any other admin or Supply Chain related, etc
- Must be Degree holders, preferably with the background of medical, scientific or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of SAP/SAGE/ERP system
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organized
