Job Description
Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Business Support Manager for our client, a government organisation in Lambeth, London. The successful post holder will lead, manage, deliver and support an organisational wide expenditure control process which ensures the organisation meets its financial objectives in a consistent and highly effective manner, embedding governance and oversight arrangements and ensuring compliance with spending controls through to service directorate delivery.
This role is a temporary contract initially for 3 months with the possibility to extend. It is hybrid working with two days in office and three days from home.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead on and deliver organisational-wide finance transformation projects, as instructed by the Corporate Director of Finance.
- Work with the Corporate Director of Finance to embed robust governance arrangements for controlling spending across the organisation.
