Job Summary
Responsible for providing backroom support to the Acquiring Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Supports the Unit Head in overseeing activities of Provincial Business Center / Satellite Offices of Acquiring and Institute procedure and policies for the smooth operation of the Unit.
Takes and receives queries and concerns from merchants; maintains and monitors response turn around time of sales teams.
Coordinates with the Acquiring group all requests coming from Merchant Services Unit, BDO call center, branches and other internal units.
Calls merchant to follow-up lacking documentation.
