Overview
1 year contract (convertible to permanent depending on performance). 5 mins walk from Downtown/Raffles Place MRT Station. Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.15pm. Up to $3,250.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support across multiple operations functions which includes:
- creation and maintenance of customers and policies data,
- responding to customers’ queries relating to operations matters,
- processing of incoming and outgoing documents, including document fulfillment, and
- performing regular quality checks on business processes,
- resolving any operational issues that arise.
- Work with all stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the operations processes run smoothly and all business support tasks are done with accuracy within SLA.
