Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Support Officer to join the Business Support & Project Management team within the Operations Department of a banking institution.
This role focuses on system enhancement, project coordination, digital transformation initiatives, and operational process improvement , supporting both business and regulatory requirements.
You will be involved in core banking system upgrades, UAT testing, process optimization, and reporting activities , working closely with internal stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.
