SUMMARY
The Technical Writer will work hand in hand with the SMEs to create simplified work instructions, playbooks and quality alerts by utilizing the client SOP’s and QAB’s. The Technical Writer will report to the Quality Department while supporting the Program Management & Leadership Teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive SOP’s from the client and organize for transference to SWI templatesWrite simplified SWI’s by utilizing SOP’sUpdate SWI’s by working with site leadership, SME’s/SupesSupport teams in writing Playbooks for leadership roles or programsSubmit drafts to SME’s for approvalTrack document update closure for timely implementationSubmit documents to document controlSupport the quality team with internal auditsOther duties as deemed necessary by manager SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience: The s...
