Job Description

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Business Support Team Leader to work within our Central Services division. As our Business Support Team Leader, you will lead and manage the day to day activities of the Business Support team and ensure that all relevant systems and procedures are consistently applied, reviewed and improved as appropriate to deliver efficient and compliant support to the business and its employees. This role is a full-time, 11 month fixed-term contract based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.


The duties of the Business Support Team Leader will include:

  • Working collaboratively with key senior stakeholders across various levels to understand the needs of the business regarding administration processes and solving any issues that arise
