Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency.Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation.Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status.
