Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate will possess analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with data pipelines and automation tools.
Prior experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate incident root causes clearly and concisely through written and verbal channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Apply Agile and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to project execution.
- Work with ETL processes and tools such as Azure Data Factory to support data integration.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF for documentation and project tracking.
