Role: Business Systems Analyst
Reporting Line: Head of IT Projects and Development
Requirements:
- Degree in the field of computer science or information systems or equivalent experience
- Industrial Engineer qualification (advantageous)
- Five to seven years of related work experience
Primary Job Purpose:
The Business Systems Analyst’s role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they clients or end users, and to translate these needs into a language that IT integrators and developers understand. The Business System Analyst will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the Firm document and streamline processes and ensure an improved return on IT investment.
