This is a short, high-impact engagement for someone who wants to make a visible, well-defined contribution to a fast-scaling hospitality business without the commitment of a permanent role. You will work directly with the Head of Finance and engage with stakeholders across our outlets, leaving behind a clear set of requirements that shapes how our POS and financial systems work for years to come. Key Responsibilities Briefing & Stakeholder Mapping Receive an initial briefing of 2 to 3 hours from the Head of Finance covering business context, current systems, and key stakeholders. Map the full set of relevant stakeholders across food and beverage outlets, Finance, and IT. Develop a structured plan for requirements-gathering sessions, sequencing stakeholders logically and efficiently across the engagement timeline.
