Responsibilities
**JOB DUTIES:**
Gather and document business requirements for systems supporting fabrication, procurement, and inventory workflows. Define acceptance criteria and translate business needs into functional specifications. Analyze current processes and recommend improvements through system enhancements or new solutions. Prepare process maps and documentation for ERP and fabrication-support systems. Coordinate user acceptance activities by preparing scripts and guiding business users through validation steps. Design and validate B2B integration scenarios, including data mapping and reconciliation. Work with the software team and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.
