As our new Business Systems Consultant - CRM (PD/CS)/GCC, you will be the bridge between our Customer Service and Project Delivery teams and the digital systems that power them. • You will capture and translate business requirements from Service and Project Delivery teams into smart CRM/GCC configurations, covering service tickets, case management, installed base, and field service modules.
• You will support end-to-end Project Delivery workflows - from project setup and milestone tracking to resource and cost monitoring - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
