Introduction
The Senior Managing Business Transformation Consultant will be a key member of IBM’s Payments Center Strategy and Business Consulting practice. This role focuses on helping financial institutions, payment service providers, market infrastructures, and ecosystem partners shape and execute their payments transformation agenda. The ideal candidate combines deep payments expertise with strong consulting skills, enabling clients to design strategies, modernize capabilities, and navigate regulatory and operational change.
Your role and responsibilities
- Lead the development of payment strategy, operating models, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
- Design and advise on national, regional, and commercial market infrastructure models, future-state business architectures, and interoperability frameworks.
