Business Unit Director, Oncology

The Business Unit Director – Oncology is responsible for leading the oncology and hematology portfolio across Gulf markets, driving sustainable growth and maximizing the value of current and future assets. The role holds full P&L accountability and leads cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing and market access to execute strategy, launch new products and build a high‑performing, agile organization.

• Develop and execute the oncology and hematology business strategy across Gulf markets, aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities across the portfolio, including lifecycle management and new indications.
• Lead long‑range planning, forecasting and portfolio prioritization.
• Own and manage full profit and loss responsibility for the oncology business.
