Business Unit Head in Pasig upto 400k
Leads the commercial and marketing performance of the assigned MedTech portfolio, driving sales growth, market expansion, and profitability.
The role develops strategies, strengthens customer and KOL engagement, manages business partners, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution and sustainable business results.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and support field effectiveness
- Manage business partners, principals, and key external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and medical societies
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
- Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, RAQA, and Regional teams
- Ensure high‑impact product education and customer engagement programs
