About the Role
As a Business Unit Leader (Facilities Management), you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery and performance of the FM Business Unit, overseeing multiple client accounts and operational teams. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and growth, while ensuring high standards across all facilities management services, including hard and soft services. You will have full accountability for the Business Unit's operational, commercial, and people performance.
